Catthorpe Manor Estate is an exclusive hotel wedding venue in Leicestershire that has been operating for over 40 years.

This unique wedding venue, offers wonderful photographic backdrops, civil ceremonies, outdoor weddings, beautiful rooms, excellent food and elegant accommodation.

I met Laura at the Belvoir Castle wedding Fair.

Laura told me almost straight away that she would like flowers to be a big part of her special day and she was excited about Catthorpe Manor as their venue.

In terms of the day, they were looking to get married outside under the portico with a plan B if needed to get married in the garden room.

The rest of the house will be used for canapes and drinks after the ceremony and then the Wedding Breakfast will be in the Catthorpe Manor function room in a separate building (consisting of 3 rooms, bar area, dance area and the wedding breakfast area).

Laura love Roses, Spray Roses, Hydrangea, Peonies, Delphinium and Astilbe in a selection of pink tones and fortunately all of these flowers are in season in July which allow me to achieve much more within Laura’s budget.

I started the design process creating an inspirational board and then I was able to create our first Moodboard Proposal.

On the day of the wedding unfortunately there was a little bit of rain and we had to make a call 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to move all the decorations inside Catthorpe Manor, despite this everything went to plan and we were able to help Laura and Ben make some unforgettable memories for themselves and all their special guests.
